The music it plays echos through the voices of Birds
Tu-La
Life is beautiful today…
Do you see the newness all around?
Mother Nature gives birth to bursts of colour
And the earth smiles at the breaths of Life
that the green leaves of the trees
Sing
Woosh…Swoosh…

Resurrection is a Daily Gift

Today is a new day!
It is another day of life.
It is another day for you to feel.
It is new day for your body, mind and spirit.  
It is a new day:
You are evolving,
You are changing,
You are deepening,
You are surfacing.

A day where new life can begin in you.
It may not be a huge moment,
Or a burst of enlightenment,
It may be something as simple, and huge as,
I’m a bit better today,
I feel a bit more like me,
I discovered I’m not alone at this moment.

Whatever it may be,
Today is a new day.
Resurrection comes when you are transformed
in a moment,
to believe even more deeply in the miracle you are.Red Tulips
It’s that moment where you are struck with the awe
that there is no one like you
not now,
not ever.

It’s a new day!

I believe you are enough!
I believe that you are a living miracle!Daffodil
I believe that you are here for a reason!
I believe that there is an incredible Spirit of Love
that lives within you,
and for you!

It is a new day for you to begin to believe and live this as your truth!

This is a new day!

I have faith in you,
and I have faith in the Gift of your Life.

A Prayer for Healing Your Sorrow During A Tragedy

When tragedy finds its way into our lives, we need to mourn, and to reconnect to LOVE.

In the midst of sorrow

I breathe,
I take a breath,
I open myself
and receive gratitude that moves within me
for Life,
Life that I live,
for all Life

I breathe
trusting in the ability for redemption
for a newness
a gentle awakening,
that surfaces within me,
and within the deeper parts of individual souls,

believing,
having faith,
that LOVE is
still the greater force,
that prayer is heard and answered
that no one is truly alone in this world,
and that healing is always possible
even when brokenness seems to be king.

For it is in breathing in
this faith,
this trust in LOVE:
that what is good will conquer,
and that when there is pain,
that the LOVE and prayers of many
will be the powerful force, and energy
throughout Life
that transforms hurt into healing
always,
every time,
somehow.

 

Grief and healing are an every day journey…there is no set date and time that they have to be completed. Take all the time you need.
