Whether it is morning, daytime, sunset or nightfall, the air around us speaks to our bodies, it fills us, and touches us. It transforms us when we welcome its kindness and love. For it is always present. Always there. Just like divine love. Breathe today with a welcoming of air. Feel the way your soul awakens to the touch of its gentle presence upon your skin. Imagine each breath you take is awakening your mind, body and soul to healing.

Then..

Offer gratitude into the world for the gift of the air that you breathe… Be still and breathe.

Your breath is a blessing.

The Winter Solstice’s Silent Blessing

May you be BLESSED...

Listen to the whisper of the winter as it quietly enters your life today. The silent tip toe of the snow upon your nose or outside your window can easily awaken your heart to a deep felt sense of peace. There is so much gift in nature. Nature blesses us with itself, so that we are able to awaken our spirits through the gifts of our senses and our awareness. And as we awaken deep within our soul we experience blessing.

Today is my best friend of 25 years, 40th birthday. She celebrates her birthday with gratitude in her heart because she has been given the gift of 40 years. (She lost an amazing friend to cancer 2 years ago). She deeply realizes that life is a gift…She reminds me that mine is too…so is yours…

May you too see the gift in your life, as this winter comes upon you. And as each day gets longer and brighter, may you feel more light in your life. May you celebrate your own light, and share love with others. May you recognize, deep within your soul, the absolute amazing blessing you are, and the amazing blessing of your life.

Listen to the whisper of winter…it calls to you. Its silence awakens the peace deep inside of your heart…
