by the Divine’s creation all around you-

A Blessing of Healing for Yourself

Look inside yourself,
the place where Love lives
the Love that makes you feel bigger than yourself,
(like Love for your children, your spouse, your pets etc.)
the Love that makes you feel alive,
the Love that makes you feel whole…

Feel this Love:

Let it flow from you
just as it does each time you share it,
but this time stop it before it leaves
and turn it towards yourself,
filling all the places within you:
your cells, your heart, your skin, your mind & soul
with your own powerful Love.

Let this Love you give to others
be the Love you give yourself.

Blessing of Healing for Yourself
Feel this Love:

Hold the frightened one
the grieving one,
the hurting one,
and tell them gently
what you need to hear,
and let yourself scream,
let out your cries,
curl up and hold yourself in your arms,
all the while Loving Yourself with this great love from within you.

Feel this Love:

Send all of your Love to You.
the same kind of Love
that the sun offers the Earth
as it rises in the morning,
embracing everyone, and everything with its light
beaming hope upon you
and awakening your body, mind and soul to their
Healing Power.

You have whispers in your heart,
They call to you,
LISTEN…
they are the messages of LOVE,
the echoes of your creation,
reminding you
of who you truly are.
BE STILL.
Wait.
You feel yourself connecting
reaching,
being held by this LOVE
The LOVE that formed you
birthed you into creation,
This LOVE is the Eternal,
it is the light of divine imagination
dwelling inside you
It beams from you and unites you
with the light of others,
Interconnected
throughout all eternity.
Embrace these whispers
for they are LOVE speaking to you.
Allow this LOVE
to be with you,
to hold you
to carry you
to guide you
and awaken you
to Yourself.

A Healing Blessing

Each of us needs healing in our lives. One of the marvelous way to offer healing is to offer blessing to those we love and care for. The gift of blessing changes the way you see yourself, and experience your mind, and body. The gift of blessing also offers a sacred space for love and transformation to happen deep within the very cells of your body, which in return creates healing and health. Illness, pain, suffering etc. are released from deep within you and light and wholeness fill your body, mind and spirit.

Healing is right outside your door

It’s been awhile since I sat down to write to you. Yet, every single day you have been in my thoughts, and my prayers. My blessings surround each of you a hundred times over, and embrace you with softness, peace, safety, and love. You are each a beautiful, authentic vine growing forth from the tree of Life. And it is a blessing to accompany you in your journeys as you accompany me.

I have needed some deep healing in my life this last month and instead of writing I have been turning to the natural world for comfort and healing.

Nature offers me its love each day. It connects me to the deeper spiritual nourishment my soul needs.

Have you ever taken notice of how a broken plant heals and grows as long as it is tended to? It needs to be given light, new soil, pruned, and watered. We are similar in our need to be tended to by being comforted, touched (we all need to be held) bathed (cleaned, forgiven, offering forgiveness, etc.) and to be in the presence of light (sunlight, hope, joy, etc.).When we are tended to in these ways we can be renewed and healing will happen.

In my own life I experience a deep connection to God, the Divine in nature. It is where I see balance and know of harmony. There is even a melody in nature that I hear, and feel within my whole body that creates equilibrium: it’s the sound of tree leaves blowing in the wind, the melody of the birds, the colorful dance of the flowers.

I invite you to be present in nature. To be still and watch and listen, the kind of listening that comes forth from your whole being.

Recognize your connection to the earth and how the earth responds to you.

Notice how nature accepts you as part of it.

Notice the little things: an ant walking, a fish coming to the surface, birds flying in the sky, the intricacies of a tiny flower…

There is something sacred in the earth for each of us.

The earth heals, us day by day, just as it heals itself.

We also bring healing to the earth as we notice and care for it, which in turn heals us. In other words, when we offer love we receive love.

May you be blessed by the earth’s healing gifts today and always.

Resurrection is a Daily Gift

Today is a new day!
It is another day of life.
It is another day for you to feel.
It is new day for your body, mind and spirit.
It is a new day:
You are evolving,
You are changing,
You are deepening,
You are surfacing.

It is a day of resurrection.
A day where new life can begin in you.
It may not be a huge moment,
Or a burst of enlightenment,
It may be something as simple, and huge as,
I’m a bit better today,
I feel a bit more like me,
I discovered I’m not alone at this moment.

Whatever it may be,
Today is a new day.
Resurrection comes when you are transformed
in a moment,
to believe even more deeply in the miracle you are.
It’s that moment where you are struck with the awe
that there is no one like you
not now,
not ever.

It’s a new day!

I believe you are enough!
I believe that you are a living miracle!
I believe that you are here for a reason!
I believe that there is an incredible Spirit of Love
that lives within you,
and for you!

It is a new day for you to begin to believe and live this as your truth!

This is a new day!

I have faith in you,
and I have faith in the Gift of your Life.

I believe.

In you.

I believe.

In me.

I Believe.

A very blessed day of New Life to you today and always!

Spring into Hope

The last couple days, I’ve been needing LIGHT in my life. Light that brightens my spirits, comforts my heart, and reminds me that there is HOPE.

Yesterday was a miserable winter day, and my heart was weary. It was the kind of day, where you remember the things you’ve put aside, because you’re working at healing from them, and then they just pop up uninvited. However, when I awoke this morning to the sun shining through my window I was filled with a pleasantness within, a sense of hope, and a feeling of “You’re going to be okay.”

It is such a gift to know that when we were created that Light itself in nature, was created with us, to heal, to provide hope, to offer warmth, to inspire, to create growth, etc. All of these are gifts that bring our spirits to a place of goodness, and wonder. And it is a free gift that just shows up.

Today is the first day of spring in the Northern hemisphere. I haven’t seen my tulips yet, but I am hopeful.

Yes, I am HOPEFULL.**

May you be blessed today with LIGHT and may your day be full of HOPE!

Keep Yourself Moving through Life

What keeps you moving in the world? What gives you the ability to overcome obstacles? What gives you the energy to be creative or inventive? What inspires you to go forward with the beginning of a new day?

There are so many question that can relate to this statement, “Keep Moving.” What question or questions do you have within you, that give you courage, strength, purpose, imagination, hope, etc. to explore another day of your life?

I’ve been tired, maybe a little weary from the long winter days, and my spirit seems to have ups and downs more frequently than during the warm spring and summer months. And life has taken me down a few unexpected paths, that I have been forced to accept with grace or be defeated by frustration. So I’ve chosen to be accepting, because frustration depletes my spirit.

And since I’ve chosen to be accepting of my unexpected paths, I have been reflecting on what has given me the courage to move forward. Do you ever reflect on your strengths as you move through life? Do you offer yourself credit, and celebration when you have overcome day by day, that which you thought you could never live through?

If you haven’t you should, and if you already are, Good for you!

Celebrating and recognizing your strengths as you move through obstacles in your life, gives you courage to keep going, and develops a deeper wisdom within you so that you keep learning. These gifts of courage and wisdom allow you to move through other challenges you may face along your path, so that you can always keep going, even when life seems like it wants to make things difficult.

For me courage has come from my faith. One day while I was going through my most recent challenge I decided that I was going to get out of my head, and lead my body, mind and spirit with my faith. And by letting go, and not trying to be in charge of everything…which I certainly know I’m not in complete control because if I was I would NOT have to face these challenges!…I began to feel at ease. (Why I wrote about feeling comfort last week). There is something completely humbling about “Letting Go” and as I like to say “Letting God.” My wisdom comes when I remember all the times when I have allowed myself to ask for help from God, the Universe, Spirit, etc., and let go of being in control, I actually begin to heal, to be at peace, to feel comforted, to feel an inner strength, and to trust again in this beautiful life that I have been given the gift of experiencing.

So the answer for me to all the above questions is it is my relationship with the Divine; it is my faith that keeps me moving forward always. It is a special relationship for me that is never forced, but waits for me each time with open arms to accept me where I am, and with whatever I have to bring to the table.
