One of the most wonderful gifts in my life is my little boy. He has provided my life with such an amazing joy, and sense of awe. He reminds me to look at the world with wonder and appreciation. He has taught me to embrace a moment for what it is: a moment, and by doing so to find delight in being alive because I am Living.

Look under a bench and discover the earth.

Healing comes when you share yourself with others. When you are able to allow yourself to be seen: through your words, your actions, your smile, your creativity, your ingenuity, your inspirations, your art, your music, your dance, your song, your voice, and so much more–then you can begin to heal within yourself-because your light from within is not hidden, but Illuminated.  When you extend your gifts beyond yourself your Light shines, and the world begins to heal as well.
