Nature is a messenger of the Spiritual World and a place where each of us can connect with the Divine, who I call LOVE. I also believe deeply that the Divine lives in each of us: and each of us can transform the world and people with the light and LOVE that dwells inside us. I share spiritual writings with you, with the hope that the words and images awaken something sacred in you. I believe each of us can offer blessing, so my writings are my blessings to you. My days are spent with my three children, my husband and my cat. I was a Hospital Chaplain for many years before staying home with my kids. I have a Master's Degree in Pastoral Ministry and Spirituality. Blessings to you today and always.

A Prayer for Comfort.

Happy Earth Day! An Earth Day Blessing for our beautiful Mother Earth💛

Daffodils in all their glory adorn the coast and walkways of Newport Rhode Island. I love my annual visit to see the flowers. They bring joy into your heart with all their light. As one of the first flowers of spring they are a message of hope for new life and a reminder that their is hope after the longer days of winter.

Do you feel that? Do you feel the desire for connection in your soul?

It’s Ash Wednesday. I’ve been thinking of what to write..and none of my words seem right. The Ash Wednesday I grew up with is not the one that lives in my heart any longer. Instead Ash Wednesday is a day to remind me that even though there is darkness, there will be light to shine through. That even when I’m lonely, there is a Divine love, God’s love that has always known me and will see me through. That when I make a mistake or seek forgiveness there is still more Divine love to embrace me. Today is not about how imperfect or lowly I am, but about how much I am loved. Today is about how much you are loved.

We all have the Divine inside us. Lift up your heart and offer a prayer 🙏🏻into our world. Ignite the Light🌟 that dwells inside you.
